Naa, I will keep it indoors at my home. If fan leaves are so big as reported, it will serve as curtain

An update. First leaf starts emerging through plumule!

Another update, apparently plant has TWO plumules. In many pictures first plumule is not obvious because probably it usually remains entirely buried. But I do not mind about it, because it remains more depth in the pot for root development and preservation of moisture, since all pot-medium consists entirely of pumice.

Closing the season with a most recent pictures. I do not think that it will promote more sinificant growth in the following months. It still stays outdoors and remains healthy.

Na, to early yet. Plant is only on first leaf of its life (hopefully not a short one). I think that it was feeling very comfortably in pumice on the scorched terrace of my home during summer. Therefore it produced a wide first leaf.

I remeber well your case. I think it is time that you must unearth it! Pot is very narrow and perhaps plumule is trapped somewhere beneath surface. I really mean it that you should perform this operation and try to free plumule. With perlite and pumice it should be an easy task: start removing medium from the top until you reach the formed bulb.

Davno sam klijanca prebacio u veliki pitar,korijen je bio ravan,ništa nije bilo zamotano.Rado bih i ja provjerio što je sa korijenom,ali me je strah sada to raditi,dolazi zima,nemam nekakvo toplo i svijetlo mjesto gdje da stavim tako velik pitar nakon presađivanja.Ostat će u plasteniku do proljeća pa što bude-bude

Trava, nebi bila losa koja slika  Moram priznati da nakon malo vise citanja o toj palmi postaje mi prilicno interesantna. Samo nisam uspio pronaci sadnicu u Europi.
