Stigao mi je upravo odgovor od njih:
"Dear xxxxx,
We usually ship to the European Union, and nowhere else. We can make
an exception, but it is "at your own risk". This means that if the
packet is stopped, delayed or lost, we can't replace the material or
reimbourse the money.
This may sound discouraging but, I can tell you that we have shipped
some orders outside of EU without problems. Nothing bad happened and
packets got fine to the house of our customers.
We can get a phytosanitary certificate for additional 40€. It will
take about 1 week of delay."
Dakle ako netko želi može na vlastiti rizik. Pod europom smatraju EU, ne i ostale europske zemlje. Može se i riskirati prema njihovim riječima jer iako zvuči obeshrabrujuće njihove pošiljke su naručitelji izvan EU-a primali sasvim normalno. Također, postoji i opcija da se naruči uz fitocertifikat koji oni osiguravaju no to dodatno košta, ali bi se isplatilo ako bi više ljudi naručivalo.
