Butia Yatay did great in full ground this winter. Just kept it dry:

Thanks Marko, the agave american var is a real suprise in my garden because humidity is very high here. Its in full ground for 5 years and looks happy but stays bonsai. I dont know why but i i dont mind.

Strong Basjoos, they were totaly frozen and cut open by winter but suprise suprise they are still alive:
