Actyally the question is misleading, unwillingly of course. If a plant is sold by a broker, then this origin is not of importance, because it has been grown somewhere and by someone else. In my case the big Arenga was bought from PpP but it was obviously an import from somewhere else beacause it was a big and cheap plant. The small one was bought also from PpP but it was a seedling, obviously thus grown from seed in the green house of PpP.
