Arenga micrantha (Tibetan Sugar Palm) Navodno je najotpornija od svih arengi. Ali je mana sto je jako spora, kazu do 2 lista po godini. :thumb_down: Dobro je sto moze i manji mraz da izdrzi ali je sigurna od zone 9a. :wink: Nije bas najbolja palma za nase uslove, zahteva dosta vlaznosti. Jos jedna stvar, nakon sto cveta umire, a to nije bas najbolje. Naravno treba docekati cvet... :icon_lol:

Tamo di san kupio sjeme tvrde da drzi do -10. da noj nije stran ni snjeg ni mraz?? da raste na 2500m?
dobio sam i 15ml nitrozyme???cemu to sluzi? :shocked:

Malo je previse -10 ali je tacno da raste na velikim visinama. :thumb_up:

Imam sjeme na naklijavanju od 3.mjeseca,uglavnom propadaju sjemenka po sjemenka,još nijedna da je bacila klicu.

Pokušaj izvaditi sjeme, zasušiti ga nekoliko dana i stavi ga u novi supstrat. Na kakvoj si temperaturi držao sjeme? Možda i temperaturu da promijeniš ili osiguraš manje fluktacije tijekom dana. Usporedi s onim temperaturama u staništu.

pise da bi temperatura trebala biti 30-35c.

Ma sve sam probao,sad su na nižoj temp.oko 30,da vidim što će se sad dogoditi.

ja sam ih juce mislio stavit u zemlju.prestrasio sam se tvoga neuspjeha pa sam im napravio posteljicu od vate pa da vidim barem sto se s njima desava??!!

Once we were dreaming for growing an Arenga micrantha seedling up to a plant with pinnate leaves. Now I have to remove regularly offshoots in order to keep whole clump limited. :icon_sad:

Sorry impossible to capture in a picture whole plant. Room is to sparse and I can not take enough distance with simultanuously unobstructed (by other plants) view. Only from high above you can obtain some impression of its size (and it's not adult yet!). In the pictures below the leaf near the power line belongs to micrantha.

Is blue palm Copernicia hospita or not? I would tell that is Copernicia because leaves look like on it but I'm not sure.. What's your USDA zone? 10a/b or? :thumb_up: :sun:

Thanks! But it is only a humble Brahea armata. USDA zone is in reality between 9b and 10a.

I suspect that you have confused plants. At the corner is the micrantha and on the LEFT of it you can see Arenga pinnata.
